God grant that I may ever have the spirit of democracy for all my fellowmen and keep this Oath before me daily.

Charge The Basileus or an assigned soror: You are charged to remember the oath you have solemnly taken and to a lways practice sisterly love in your relationships with all of your sorors realizing that love can best be understood by what we do, not what we say. At the time that I pledged there were only three Zetas on campus Through it all they were the reason that I chose Zeta I chose Zeta Phi Beta because these were the only group of women that I could truly call my sisters.

When I got on campus they spoke everytime they saw, not like others who only spoke when they had an event they wanted you to come to or when they needed a favor from you. They helped me adjust to college life. And every program they had was on point. I mean everybody knew not to come even 5 minutes late to a Zeta event because thay started on time and they were always packed. The women worked so hard, there were only 4 ladies on the campus yet they did something almost everyweek.

I thought they had to have over 20 members. Leaving high school, I said I would never be part of a sorority. I looked at the others but none could compare that Z that E that T and that A! I followed my destiny and have been happy ever since!

You want to know why I became a Zeta? I became a Zeta because it is the realist organization around.

There is no half stepping when it comes to a Zeta lady. Just a presence of a Zeta is enough to make any man proud. I am honored to be a Zeta lady and that fact will never change. We are the true essence of sisterly love and finer womanhood. I will always remember that Zeta is not only a sorority, but a family. Archon Greek:? Why should I join a sorority?
