Cross the main road to the West part of Driftveil. Talk to a man inside the lobby. This man is actually a Move Tutor. For Red Shards , he'll teach one Pokemon in your party a move, if that Pokemon can learn the move.
After you're down with the move tutor, use the Elevator to reach the 25th floor. There is nothing on the 11th floor, so you might as well skip it.
Talk to an old man on the 25th floor to obtain an Air Balloon. It's a one time use item that makes a Pokemon immune to Ground type attacks. The Pokemon Center isn't the only place to get items in Driftveil. A Market can be found on the West side of town. Enter the market and talk to the man on the top right counter.
If you have a Level 30 Pokemon, he will give you an Expert Belt. The bottom right merchant has many cheap medicinal items, but do not buy any of them. They are all bitter items that your Pokemon will hate!
The counter at the top left sells MooMoo Milk. Outside of the Market is a man on the bike. Walk around the left side of the Market to find him. Talk to him to face him in a Triple Battle. If you enter the market from the left side, you can find TM63 - Embargo. From the market, walk across the street to the right to find the Grand Hotel Driftveil. Talk to the bald man in the lobby to obtain the Shell Bell , as long as you've seen 70 or more Pokemon. It doesn't need to be a female unless you're breeding for DW abilities.
